Refund policy

Flowers are living being and require proper care to increase their longevity. 

Flower Care tips:

  •  Trim about 2-3cm from the bottom of the stems at a 45-degree angle. We recommend varying the stem length to give your arrangement a height range

  • Change the water regularly after the second day. Just like us, flowers love clean water

  • Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight to prolong their life.

  • Remove any wilted flowers. Besides not looking as attractive, they can spread mould onto the others

 

Each piece is unique and custom designed, all request must be made and confirmed by shop prior to delivery, if you the receive the wrong arrangement due to shop error we will offer a shop credit with equal value to the original order.


Substitution Policy

 

*PLEASE READ* We need the option to SUBSTITUTE based on our standards of quality, look, and feel. It is a difficult time right now in our industry to get certain flower & vases. Do Not Worry, It's going to be BEAUTIFUL regardless of any change we need to make! If you really need that certain item, please call the store & let us know IMMEDIATELY!

Cancellation Policy

ALL orders requesting a cancellation must due so a minimum of 24 hours in advance from the requested delivery date & There must be a reasonable cancellation reason.

A cancellation request, if not placed within policy timeline will not be guaranteed & due to the unforseen global supply issue, Made for you flower shop will be charging cost of goods for any order cancellations.
